NACo is pleased to announce a new online feature for NACo’s Prescription Discount Card Program! Now county residents have the convenient option to print a dynamic ID card directly from the Internet, for immediate use at any participating pharmacy. This new ID card is not intended to replace printed ID cards or marketing materials, but enhances and broadens your ability to distribute the NACo Prescription Discount Card to your residents.

County residents can visit www.caremark.com/naco 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to print a live, personalized ID card featuring your county name and seal. Savings are available immediately at any participating pharmacy.

Enrollment is easy, convenient and secure

1. Access www.caremark.com/naco and select “Print a card” at the
    top of the front page
2. Utilize the map tool to select the relevant state and county
3. A simple form is completed
4. Select “Print Card” to generate a personal ID card
5. The ID card can be used immediately at any participating pharmacy
